RESOLUTION NO. 92-081 WHEREAS, the Paris Industrial Foundation, Inc., is desirous of locating industry in the Paris area; and, WHEREAS, the Paris Industrial Foundation, Inc., is actively preparing an application to locate a fish hatchery and research facility project in the Lake Crook area with one of the possible sites consisting of approximately 60 acres of the Lake Crook property fronting on FM 1499; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best citizens of Paris that the City of Paris acreage for such development; NOW, THEREFORE, interest of the make available BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Paris an offer of option to Paris Industrial Foundation, Inc., or its assigns for such consideration as is permitted by law.
