RESOLUTION NO. 92-075 JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 92-004 WHEREAS, interested in disadvantaged the City Counc il of the City providing educational services to adults; and, of Paris, is educationally WHEREAS, the Paris Public Library will provide to Paris Junior College space adequate for instruction of students and will identify individuals who are 17 years of age or older, out-of-school, and desirous of adult basic education instruction and will schedule instruction during times that are most convenient for the participants and that will generate an appropriate level of participation; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris did execute an Agreement for such Adult Education Cooperative Program with Paris Junior College, which execution should be in all things ratified; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the acceptance of the Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby ratified and the form of such Agreement is approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that the execution of the Agreement to provide educational services to educationally disadvantaged adults, attached hereto as Exhibit A between Paris Junior College and the Paris Public Library, by the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E.
