<br />through George Fisher, its Mayor, in consideration of the

<br />granting of a Utility and Drainage Easement dated
<br />
<br />1992, recorded in Book

<br />, Page ___, Real Property Records,
<br />the receipt of which is hereby
<br />
<br />Lamar County, Texas,
<br />
<br />acknowledged by the City of Paris, does hereby abandon and
<br />
<br />quitclaim unto B. J. McCARLEY and wife, FLORENCE McCARLEY, of
<br />
<br />the county of Lamar, state of Texas, on August ___, 1992, and
<br />
<br />
<br />to their heirs, devisees, or atisigns, all the right, title,
<br />
<br />
<br />interest, claim, demand or use the city may have acquired by
<br />
<br />a certain Sewer Line Easement dated August 27, 1968 from Hal
<br />C. Ransom and wife Lynn J. Ransom to Henry Braswell and wife,
<br />
<br />Rachel Braswell,
<br />
<br />recorded in Book 250, Page 221, Deed Records, Lamar County,
<br />
<br />Texas, which easement was assigned to the City of Paris by
<br />
<br />Henry Braswell and wife, Rachel Braswell on November 11,
<br />
<br />1991, and recorded in Book 250, Page 219, Real Property
<br />
<br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, being upon and across Lot 8C,
<br />
<br />City Block 287, Paris, Texas, said easement more particularly
<br />
<br />described as follows:

<br />A part of the Joseph Leach Survey within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Paris, being a portion
<br />of the 3.884 acre tract of land conveyed by Henry
<br />Braswell and wife, Rachel Braswell, to Hal C. Ransom
<br />and wife, Lynn J. Ransom, by deed recorded in Book 414,
<br />Page 116, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and
<br />being a strip of land 10 feet in width 5 feet each side
<br />of center line, said center line being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
