Chairman Dux called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />2. Commissioner Vandiver noted a correction a few days prior to the meeting that was <br />corrected. A motion was made to approve the minutes of the September 2019 by <br />Commissioner Lazar, and seconded by Commissioner Caffey. Motion carried. <br />3. The Certificate of Appropriateness for Swaim Hardware was withdrawn prior to the meeting. <br />4. Commissioner Caffey made the motion to process the listed properties on to Building and <br />Standards Commission as it was determined the properties have no significance for Paris and <br />cannot be rehabilitated, designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded <br />Texas Historic Landmark, or eligible as historic property as designated by the City Council <br />of the City of Paris. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Emmite. Cheri Bedford reviewed the list of minor Certificates of Appropriateness approved in house <br />in September and October. She gave a brief update on the fire that occurred on November 11 <br />at 7 E. Plaza, and went over the list of holiday events coming up. She queried the <br />commission about meeting times in December, and it was determined that unless there was <br />
