Item No. 17 <br />memorandum <br />TO: Mayor & City Council <br />Gene Anderson, Interim City Manager <br />FROM: Carla Easton, PE, Engineering & Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: SANITATION SOLUTIONS ADDITION — CB 170A FINAL PLAT <br />DATE: January 17, 2020 <br />BACKGROUND: Mr. Josh Bray owns 7.696 acres located in the 2100 block of South Church <br />Street. The property is currently zoned Heavy Industrial (HI). The owner is proposing to <br />combine several parcels into a single lot and to expand the existing shop building. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water and sanitary <br />sewer services are available along South Church Street. It appears that the plat complies with the <br />City of Paris subdivision regulations. <br />The plat was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on January 6th. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat. <br />
