'THE STATE OF TEXAS § <br />INITIAL WHERE APPROPRIATE.: <br />M <br />(1) All ad valorem taxes have been paid to City and all other taxing entities. <br />(2) In 2026, the Company maintained no fewer than fifteen (15) full-time <br />employees to operate the Paris Facility.
