RESOLUTION NO. 92-065 JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 92-003 WHEREAS, interested in disadvantaged the City Council of the City of Paris, is providing educational services to educationally adults; and, WHEREAS, the City will provide to Paris Junior College space adequate for instruction of students and will identify individuals who are 17 years of age or older, out-of-school, and desirous of adult basic education instruction and will schedule instruction for a minimum of 2 classroom hours per week during times that are most convenient for the participants and that will generate an appropriate level of participation; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris did execute an Agreement for such Adult Education Cooperative Program with Paris Junior College, which execution should be in all things ratified; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL That the acceptance of the Agreement hereto as Exhibit A is hereby ratified Agreement is approved; and, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, in the form attached and the form of such BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that the execution of the Agreement to provide educational services to educationally disadvantaged adults, attached hereto as Exhibit A with Paris Junior College by the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E.
