<br />The teacher(s) will provide PJC.monthly attendance reports <br />and will provide descriptive, statistical, financial, and <br />evaluative reports as may be required by the Texas Education <br />Agency and PJC. <br /> <br />Monitoring, coordination and supervision of the program <br />will be the responsibility of PJC for compliance with federal, <br />state and local guidelines. <br /> <br />staff will meet minimum qualifications and in-service <br />training as required by PJC. All teachers and aides will be <br />screened, selected, and employed by PJC with the mutual consent <br />of THE CITY. A wr i tten employment agreement will be signed by <br />each staff person, the co-op director, and authorized college <br />personnel. <br /> <br />V. FUNDING' <br /> <br />Notwithstanding anything provided to the contrary, it is <br />expressly understood and agreed that the payments due and owing <br />under this contract are limited 'and expressly subject to the <br />availability and receipt of funds by PJC from the Texas Education <br />Agency as designated for the aforementioned educational services <br />to educationally disadvantaged persons. <br /> <br />VI. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />During the term of this agreement, if THE CITY becomes <br />unable or fails to satisfactorily provide the services required <br />of it under this agreement, PJC may at its option terminate this <br />agreement with fifteen (15) days written notice. Neither this <br />agreement nor any duties or obligations hereunder shall be <br />ass ignable by ei ther party wi thout the pr ior wr i tten consent of <br />the other party. <br /> <br />The validity of this agreement and of any of its terms and <br />provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties <br />hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. <br /> <br />THE CITY certifies that this program will be conducted on <br />its premise in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and <br />local laws and requirements. <br /> <br />Executed this <br /> <br />24th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />ignature 0 Authorize <br />Official <br />Michael E.
