T Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the 271 North <br />Trailer Addition, located in the 3500 Block of N Main- LOAD Parcel No. 404796. <br />Easton states the owner has submitted a preliminary plat of the property. Water and sewer <br />service is available along US 271 frontage, however, sanitary sewer is not readily <br />available to the site. An alternative system will be approved for immediate use, and the <br />developer will be required to install a 4" sewer force main pipe across the property for <br />future use. It appears that the preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision <br />regulations with the following revisions: <br />1. Clarify the proposed property is identified in the vicinity map. <br />2. Combine the utility easement along frontage to avoid a strip between <br />easements. <br />Motion was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the <br />preliminary plat with City Engineer recommendations. Motion carried 6-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Sanitation <br />Solutions Addition, located in the 2100 Block of S Church Street- LCAD Parcel Nos. <br />400119 and 71936. <br />Easton states the owner is proposing to combine several parcels into a singlelot expand <br />the existing shop building. The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the <br />property. Water and sanitary sewer services are available along S Church Street. It <br />appears that the preliminary and the final plat comply with the City of Paris subdivision <br />regulations. Staff recommends approval. <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the <br />preliminary plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Sanitation <br />Solutions Addition, located in the 2100 Block of S Church Street- LCAD Parcel Nos. <br />400119 and 71936. <br />Easton states this is same plat with the same comments. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the final plat. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the CEFCO North <br />Addition, located in the 2500 Block off Main Street. <br />
