Discuss and provide direction to staff regarding tax collection from Aequs Aero Machine, Inc., formerly known as T & K Machine, in connection with a terminated tax abatement. 11. Discuss and authorize change order 92 in the amount of $57,955.54, authorize final payment in the amount of $79,899.31 to RBIS, LLC, close out the Johnson Woods Sewer & Drainage Improvements contract, and accept improvements. 12. Discuss and act on appointment of Tony Clark to the Traffic Commission. 13. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee as follows: Selection of candidate for the position of city manager. 14. Reconvene into open session, deliberate and possibly take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session. 15. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 16. Adjournment.
