One is in favor of the petition and two are in opposition. <br />Concerns noted are water during heavy rain, more traffic, trash and noise could disrupt <br />quiet neighborhood. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />Matthias Haubert, Assistant Project Manager, Frisco, TX, representing for the future fast <br />food restaurant. Haubert states they are aware of city ordinances regarding buffers and <br />setbacks due to residential adjacency and they will comply with all ordinances at site plan <br />approval. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the petition. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Davis <br />Addition, located in the 2000 Block of W Sherman Street. <br />Easton states the owner is proposing to combine two lots and construct a single-family <br />home. The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat. Water and sewer service are <br />available along W Sherman Street. The street curb and gutter will be required to be built <br />as part of the site development and upon issuance of a building permit. It appears that the <br />plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following revisions: <br />1. Provide a unique subdivision name by adding CB 213 to title. <br />2. Provide current zoning. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the <br />preliminary plat with City Engineer recommendations. Motion carried 6-0. <br />S. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Davis Addition, <br />located in the 2000 Block of W Sherman Street. <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the final plat <br />with City Engineer recommendations.
