PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SPECIAL MEETING Paris City Council Chambers 107 East Kaufman St. Paris, Texas 75460 Wednesday February 12 �2020 5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. 1. Call meeting to order —Tim Hernandez, Chairman 2. Invocation 3. Discuss and possibly approve Pace Group, an executive search firm, for the purpose of selecting an Executive Director. 4. Discuss and possibly approve the Lionshead Specialty Wheel performance agreement. Discuss and possibly approve items for the renovation and redecoration of the Depot, specifically including but not limited to: • the installation of furniture and redecoration of main PEDC lobby, • the renovation and installation of furniture to convert the larger office upstairs into a conference room, • the conversion of the smaller office upstairs to an office for the PEDC Chair, • the installation of new furniture and communications equipment in the Community Room, and • the construction of restrooms inside the main PEDC office. 6. Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of iPads for the dissemination of agenda packets to the Board of Directors. 7.
