Hashmi Marion Hamill Ex -Officio Members Present: Paul Allen, Lamar County Chamber President Gene Anderson, Interum City Manager Pam Anglin, PJC President Legal Counsel: Stephanie Harris Call to Order. Staff Present: Michael Paris, Executive Director Chris Stout, Economic Development Associate Paula Brownfield, Administrative Assistant Guest(s) Present: Mary Madewell, The Paris News City Council Liaison: Mr. Hernandez called the special meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 5:30 p.m. on January 30, 2020. Ms. Bills gave the invocation. Discuss and aossibly a�,_j j ve the Lionshead performance aAreement. Mr. Hernandez stated that this item should be tabled because we do not have all the information. Dr. Hashmi made a motion to table this item. Mr. Pankaj seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. Convene into Executive Session: Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee: or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. Executive Director Chairman Hernandez convened the Board into Executive Session at 5:31 p.m. He immediately brought the Board back into Open Session. Dr. Hashmi made a motion the exclude the Ex OiLicios from the Executive Session. Ms. Bills seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. Chairman Hernandez convened the Board into Executive Session at 5:32 p.m.
