As part of a proposed catalyst project, TIRZ funds may be used by public entities to purchase a <br />vacant/underutilized property or building and costs related to purchasing the property/building <br />and developing a redevelopment plan for the property/building, consistent with the economic <br />development concepts and objectives of the TIRZ. <br />Administration and Implementation <br />Administrative costs associated with implementation of projects within the TIRZ, including reasonable <br />charges for the time spent by City of Paris employees or consultants will be eligible for reimbursement <br />as project costs, upon approval by the TIRZ Board of Directors and in connection with the <br />implementation of the TIRZ Project Plan and Financing Plan.
