MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />THURSDAY, January 16,2020,5:30 p.m. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Members present were Ray Ball, Scott <br />Hearne, Anna Spencer, David Taylor, and Brad Meyers, with Jim Bell arriving later. Scott <br />Avery was absent. Also, present were Stephanie Harris, Carla Easton, and Jerry Richey <br />Members absent were Scott Avery, Ray Ball, Brad Meyers, and David Taylor. <br />2. Citizens' input. <br />No one spoke during citizens' input. <br />3. Consider approval of minutes from October 17, 2019 regular meeting. <br />Scott Hearne moved for approval of minutes, Ray Ball seconded. Motion passed 5-0. <br />4. Review delinquent hangar rentals. <br />5. Receive FBO report. <br />Jerry Richey said there were problems with the credit cards when using for fuel, and <br />hopefully, the city would replace the credit card machine. Jerry also explained the <br />problems with the fuel tanks. Ray Ball asked about the sewer system and paintwork <br />hangars. Jerry said all of it was complete. Scott Hearne asked about what it would take to <br />get more people to the airport. Jerry said more hangars and restaurants. Stephanie Harris <br />said this discussion was getting beyond the agenda posting. <br />6. Discuss and act on an addendum to the lease agreement. <br />Carla Easton said at the last couple of meetings they discussed changes to lease agreement. <br />She said the changes were the 7 -year lease would have a 30 day opt out and the permit <br />language was removed. Ray Ball wanted to know about the people who had already signed <br />a lease who were not happy with it. Carla said they could sign the addendum and would <br />become part of their lease. Brad Meyers moved for approval of the changes, Scott Hearne <br />seconded. Motion passed 5-0. <br />7. Receive presentation of the Cox Field Master Plan, Capital Improvement Plan, and RAMP <br />Plan. <br />Carla Easton gave a presentation of the Master Plan and overall view of projects. She said <br />it takes several years to get on TxDOT's schedule for funding when presenting a project. <br />
