<br />RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM

<br />The City of Paris, a municipal corporation, by and
<br />
<br />through Eric S. Clifford, its Mayor, in consideration of the
<br />
<br />granting of Utility Easement dated February 12,
<br />
<br />1991,
<br />
<br />recorded in Book 204, Page 194, Real Property Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
<br />the City of Paris, does hereby abandon and quitclaim unto Roy
<br />
<br />Moody Welch, and wife, Lillian Welch, of the county of Lamar,
<br />
<br />state of Texas, on April 8, 1991, and to their heirs,
<br />
<br />devisees, or assigns, all the right, title, interest, claim,
<br />
<br />demand or use the city may have acquired by a certain
<br />
<br />Easement dated November 23, 1970, wherein Roy Moody Welch and
<br />
<br />wife, Lillian Welch did grant a Sanitary Sewer Easement for a
<br />
<br />sanitary sewer main under the hereinafter described premises,
<br />
<br />which was recorded in Book 521, Page 284, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas, being a part of Lot 6A, City Block 123, Paris,
<br />
<br />Texas, more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Being a strip of land 15 feet in width, located
<br />within the corporate limits of the City of Paris and
<br />designated as a part of Lot 6A, Block 123, according to
<br />the Tax Maps of the City of Paris, and also being a part
<br />of a tract of land conveyed to Roy Moody Welch and
<br />Lillian Welch, by Ben Taack and Imogene Taack, a
<br />description of said tract being recorded in Volume 417,
<br />Page 389, Deed Records of Lamar County, and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of
<br />Grand Avenue, said point being East a distance of 224.5
<br />feet from the East Boundary Line of 7th Street S .W.,
<br />said point is the Southwest corner of the strip
<br />described;
<br />THENCE North parallel to the West Boundary Line of
<br />Taack Tract 80 feet more or less to a point 14.5 feet
<br />East of the Northwest Corner of the Taack Tract;
<br />THENCE Eas t wi th the Nor th Boundary Line of the
<br />Taack Tract a distance of 15 feet to a point;
<br />THENCE South parallel to the West Boundary Line of
<br />the Taack Tract 80 feet mOre or less to a point in the
