<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That, the City of Paris, a municipal corporation, acting
<br />
<br />by and through its Mayor, George Fisher, duly authorized, of
<br />
<br />Lamar County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />
<br />ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable
<br />
<br />consideration, to it in hand paid by the Housing Authority of
<br />
<br />the City of Paris, Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of
<br />
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell, give and grant
<br />
<br />unto the said Housing Authority of the City of Paris, Texas,
<br />
<br />Lamar County, Texas, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 688,
<br />
<br />Paris, Texas 75461, a Utility and Drainage easement for the
<br />
<br />purpose of constructing and maintaining a permanent sanitary
<br />
<br />sewer line and a permanent storm sewer line in, under, along,
<br />
<br />upon, and across the property being described as follows:
<br />
<br />All that certain tract or parcel of land
<br />situated in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas,
<br />being a portion of the George W. Cox Survey,
<br />Abstract No. 164, and being out of Block 222-A of
<br />said City, and being out of that lot described in
<br />deed from J. K. Guest, Jr., et al to the City of
<br />Paris, Paris, Texas, recorded in Volume 652, Page
<br />408, of the Deed Records of said County, and
<br />bounded as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a 3/8-inch steel rod found at the
<br />nor theas t corner of the Ci ty of Par is lot, same
<br />being the northwest corner of a lot described in
<br />deed from Ella Bee Crews to Ralph Crews recorded in
<br />Volume 689, Page 946 of the Deed Records of said
<br />County, and being the southeast corner of a lot
<br />described in deed from Vallas C. Brown, et ux to
<br />Murill Allen, et ux, recorded in Volume 617, Page
<br />854 of the Deed Records of said County, and also
<br />being the southwest corner of a lot owned by Lee
<br />Ford;
