15. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Offutt Addition No. 3, LCAD Parcels 14906, 14907, 14908 and 108224, located in the 1000 Block off Main St. Easton states that Marx Offutt owns four parcels at the southeast comer of N Main at Santa Fe Street, currently used as a car lot. He is proposing to plat the properties as a single lot in order to add a building for detailing cars. The current zoning is Commercial (C). The owner has submitted prelin-driary and final plats of the property. Water and sewer service is available along N Main and 1st St SE. The plat reflects an existing condition worthy of noting. One of the existing portable buildings on the lot is located within an existing 15' utility easement, and potentially on top of a city sewer main. The proposed building will not affect the easement; however, the owner has been notified that should any maintenance be required on the city sewer main in this area he will be responsible for moving the building, at his cost. It appears that the preliminary and final plats comply with the City of Paris regulations. 16 Consideration of and action on the Final Plat ofLot 1, Block A ofthe Offutt Addition No. 3, LCAD Parcels 14906, 14907, 14908 and 108224, located in the 1000 Block off Main St. Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Sims Norment to approve the final plat. !--A 17. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Straight Addition, LCAD Parcel 17489, located in the 2500 Block of Price. Easton states that Bailey Asay owns the lot located at the southeast comer of 250` NE and E. Price, Asay has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property in order to build a quadruplex on the lot. The lot is currently zoned Four Family Dwelling District (4F). The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. Water and sewer service is available to the lot and access is proposed off of E Price Street. It appears that the preliminary and final plats comply with the City of Paris regulations. Motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by James O'Bryan to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 5-0.
