<br />OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT the City of Paris, Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a
<br />
<br />municipal corporation, acting by and through its Mayor,
<br />
<br />George Fisher, duly authorized in Resolution No. 91-
<br />
<br />, for
<br />
<br />and in consideration of TEN AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($10.00) cash
<br />
<br />and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid
<br />
<br />by Earnest W. Cochran, II of the County of Lamar, and Merrick
<br />H. Reese, of the County of Dallas, State of Texas, the
<br />
<br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has
<br />
<br />abandoned and qu i tc laimed,
<br />
<br />and by these presents do
<br />
<br />quitclaim, a part of the drainage and utility easement along
<br />
<br />
<br />the south side of Lot II-D, City Block 316 hereinafter more
<br />
<br />particularly described unto the said Earnest W. Cochran, II
<br />
<br />and Merrick H. Reese, all of its right, title, interest,
<br />
<br />claim and demand in and to a part of that certain drainage
<br />and utility easement dedicated to the Public by Earnest W.
<br />
<br />Cochran, II and Merrick H. Reese, in REPLAT LOT 11 CITY BLOCK
<br />
<br />316, dated June 30, 1991, accepted by the City of Paris on
<br />
<br />
<br />the 11th day of July, 1991,' which replat was recorded on
<br />
<br />September 10, 1991, in Envelope 304B, Plat Records, Lamar
<br />
<br />County, Texas, situated within the corporate limits of the,
<br />
<br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, described as follows:

<br />BEING a drainage and utility easement situated in
<br />the Ci ty of Par is, Lamar County, Texas, wi th in the
<br />Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract No. 524 and being part of
<br />that certain drainage and utility easement adjacent to
<br />the South Boundary Line of Lot ll-D, City Block 316
<br />dedicated to the Public by Earnest W. Cochran, II and
<br />Merrick H. Reese, in REPLAT LOT 11 CITY I!.L<~CK 316,
