Call meeting to order. <br />2. Citizens' forum. <br />(Due to the Governor's Proclamation and order and the declarations of disaster issued by the City of Paris, and Lamar <br />County, Texas on March 24, 2020 and March 26, 2020, relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission meeting will be held by video conference or telephone conference, and there will be no on site <br />gathering. Consequently, persons desiring to address the Commission must submit their comments by e-mail to <br />tfrazier@paristexas.gov no later than Monday, April 6, 2020 at 4:OOP.M. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the <br />Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to <br />a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, <br />Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of April 6, 2020. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the <br />Morrell Square Addition, LCAD Property ID 18290, located in the 2800 Block of NE <br />Loop 286. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the Morrell <br />Square Addition, LCAD Property ID 18290, located in the 2800 Block of NE Loop 286. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, Block A of the <br />Davidson 112 Addition, LCAD Property ID 15777, 15778, 15779 located in the 600 <br />Block of SE 12a' Street and 1200 Block of E Hearon Street. <br />7.
