<br />----- <br /> <br />.SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS ~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by <br /> <br />and through its Mayor, George Fisher, duly authorized by <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 89-026, for and in consideration of the sum of <br /> <br />Ten and No/IOO Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and <br /> <br />valuable consideration, to us in hand paid by PAULINE JOEL <br /> <br />MACDOWELL the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br /> <br />arknowledged; have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these <br /> <br />presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said PAULINE JOEL <br />MACDOWELL of the County of McLennan, State of Texas, whose <br />mailing address is 2000 Charboneau, Waco, Texas 72301 all <br /> <br />that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar <br />County, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 9, Block <br />2, Anita Park Addition; <br />THENCE east, 10 feet to the centerline of a 20 I <br />alley running north and south; <br />THENCE south with the centerline of an alley <br />running north and south, 150 feet to its intersection <br />with the centerline of a 20 I alley running east and <br />wes t j <br />THENCE west with the centerline of said alley <br />running east and west, 75 feet to a point; <br />THENCE north, 10 feet.to a point in the south line <br />of Lot 8, Block 2, Anita Park Addition; <br />THENCE eas t, 75 feet to the southeas t corner of <br />said Lot 9, Block 2, Anita Park Addition; <br />THENCE north, 140 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />SAVE AND EXCEPT a utility easement is retained by <br /> <br />Grantor to the above described property, which utility <br />easement gives the right and privilege to Grantor of placing <br /> <br />utilities above, on and over said easement and the right to <br /> <br />maintain any and all utilities placed therein. <br />
