The meeting will be held by video conference or teleconference through. <br />WWW.ZOOM.US and to join, access with Meeting ID: 829 2349 9412, Password: 285045. The matters to be <br />discussed and acted upon are as follows: <br />AMENDED AG E N D A <br />1. Call meeting to order —"Tim Hernandez, Chairman <br />REEMORM <br />3. Citizens' Input <br />(Due to the Governor's Proclamation and order and the declarations of disaster issued by the City <br />of Paris, and. Lamar County, Texas on March 24, 2020 and March 26, 2020, relating to the global <br />COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held by video conference or telephone conference, and <br />there will be no on site gathering. Consequently, persons desiring to address the Faris Economic <br />Development Board must submit their comments by e-mail tobrownfield((I),Daristexasusa.com no <br />later than Tuesday, May 1. 8, 2020 at 12:00 pm. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas <br />Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the <br />matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual <br />information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for <br />citizens' input.) <br />If necessary, the Paris Economic Development Corporation may convene into Executive Session <br />under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code regarding any item on this agenda. <br />4° Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the April 21, 2020, Monthly Meeting and the May 12, 2020, Special <br />Meeting. <br />5.
