The owner has submitted preliminary and <br />final plats of the property. The lot is zoned Single -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) <br />and Mr. Raney proposes to construct a single family home on the lot. Water and sewer <br />service is available. The street curb and gutter shall be installed at the time of the <br />driveway construction.
