Call meeting to order. <br />2. Citizens' forum. <br />(Due to the Governor's Proclamation and order and the declarations of disaster issued by the City of Paris, and Lamar <br />County, Texas on March 24, 2020 and March 26, 2020, relating to the global COVID-1 9 pandemic, the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission meeting will be held by video conference or telephone conference, and there will be no on site <br />gathering. Consequently, persons desiring to address the Commission must submit their comments by e-mail to <br />tfrazier(,�paristexas.gov no later than Monday, June 1, 2020 at 4:OOP.M. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the <br />Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to <br />a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, <br />Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of May 4, 2020. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Ron Doe Homes to <br />alter an existing Planned Development District (PD) Site Plan in the Primrose No. 2 <br />Addition, Lots 3 and 4, Block B, LCAD Property ID 111018 and 111019, located in the <br />4200 Block of Primrose. <br />Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Wilson Brothers LLC <br />to alter an existing Planned Development District (PD) Site Plan in the Paris Towne <br />Crossing Addition, Lot 6A, Block 1, LCAD Property ID 401417, located in the 1300 <br />Block of N Collegiate Dr. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Morrell <br />Square Addition, LCAD Property ID 18290 and 18291, located in the 2800 Block of NE <br />Loop 286. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Morrell Square <br />Addition, LCAD Property ID 18290 and 18291, located in the 2800 Block of NE Loop <br />286. <br />
