Convene into Open Session <br />Dr. Marc White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:40 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from PRIOR meeting(s). <br />Dr. Jay Carpenter made the motion to approve minutes from the November 18th, 2019 meeting <br />and was seconded by Mrs. Susan Bellene. Motion carried. 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />3. Discuss and possible act on <br />Annual Evaluations on Medical Director & Executive Director <br />Dr. Jay Carpenter made the motion to approve the annual evaluations for Dr. Amanda <br />Green and Executive Director Gina Prestridge and was seconded by Mrs. Susan Bellene. <br />Motion carried. 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Annual Approval of Policies and Procedures Manual and PLCHD Personnel Manual <br />Mrs. Susan Bellene made the motion to approve the Policies and Procedures Manual and <br />the PLCHD Personnel Manual and was seconded by Dr. Jay Carpenter.
