MINUTES <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />WWW.ZOOM.US <br />MEETING ID 851-154-194 TO JOIN <br />MONDAY, APRIL 6, 2020 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />T The meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by <br />Keith Flowers, Chairman. <br />Commissioners were present online via the Zoom meeting app with the exception of Rick <br />Hundley and Chad Lindsey. <br />Also present were staff members Carla Easton, Triniti Frazier, Clyde Crews and City <br />Council Liaison Steve Clifford. <br />2. Citizen's forum <br />(Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any <br />comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual <br />information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not <br />appropriate for citizens ' forum.) <br />With no citizen's logged into the on-line zoom meeting the forum was declared closed. <br />3. Approval of minutes from the meeting of March 2, 2020. <br />Motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by James O'Bryan to approve the minutes <br />for the March 2, 2020 meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the PCH <br />32 Addition, LCAD Property ID 13852, located at 118 NE 12th Street. <br />Easton states this is a 0.361 -acre lot in the 100 block of 12th NE. The property spans the <br />block between 12th NE and 13th NE. The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat, <br />proposing to subdivide the property into two lots in order to construct a duplex on each lot. <br />The current zoning is Two Family Dwelling (2F). Water and sewer service is available to <br />each lot; however, the street curb shall be constructed with the site development. It appears <br />the preliminary and final plats comply with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with <br />the following revisions: <br />1. Provide a vicinity map or cross street reference with dimensions <br />2. Provide lot depth dimensions to each lot <br />3. Show the ROW width on adjacent streets <br />
