the city has a sewer force main in a utility easement that is in the way of the proposed <br />pool. The owners have relocated the force main at their expense in order to vacate and <br />abandon the easement crossing through the middle of their back yard. The owners have <br />submitted a replat providing a 15' utility easement along the south property line for <br />access to the existing lift station and sewer force main. It appears the replat complies with <br />the subdivision regulations with the noted revision: <br />1. Include a note to reference the change from original plat <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the replat <br />with noted revision. Motion carried 5-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lots 17-21, Block of the Townwood <br />Estates Phase I Addition, LCAD Parcels 108956, 108957, 108958, 108959 and 108960, <br />located in the 1000 Block of Cannon Place. <br />Easton states Steven Clay own lots 17 through 21, Block A of the Townwood Estates <br />Phase I subdivision located on Cannon Place/Levi Lane. He is proposing to build five <br />single-family homes (one per lot), and would like each lot to have front entry from <br />Cannon Place Drive. The original site plan and plat provided for rear access via an alley <br />parallel to Levi Lane. Mr. Clay is proposing to remove the alley pavement and construct <br />back yard fences parallel to Levi Lane. It appears the replat complies with the City of <br />Paris subdivision regulations and the zoning regulations for this Planned Development, <br />with the following revision. <br />1. Provide a front yard setback/build line along Cannon Place, distinguishing <br />between the front and rear yard. <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve replat. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />10.
