submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. City water and sewer utilities are <br />not currently available to the site. The property is located in the city limits, but within the <br />service area of Lamar County Water Supply Corporation (LCWSC). The owner/ <br />developer has an agreement with LCWSC to extend a water line approximately 1,130 feet <br />to serve the property. An alternative sewer system will be installed on the property, as <br />city sewer is not available this far north. Access to property is available along State <br />Highway 271 North and is subject to TxDOT approval. It appears that the plat complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, subject to the following revision: <br />1. Provide the existing highway right of way (ROW) width from the centerline of Hwy. <br />271 North. <br />Motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the <br />preliminary plat with noted revision. Motion carried 6-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots I and 2, Block A of the Villa Real <br />Addition CB 307-B, LCAD Property ID 121104, located in the 3900 Block of Highway <br />271 North. <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />Motion was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the final <br />plat with noted revision.
