Hashmi <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Stephanie Harris <br />Call to Order. <br />Paris City Council Chambers <br />107 East Kaufman St. <br />Paris, Texas 75460 <br />Thursda y- dune 44,220020 <br />4:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />h IlV ES <br />Staff Present: <br />Chris Stout, Economic Development Associate <br />Paula Brownfield, Administrative Assistant <br />Mr. Hernandez called the special meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 4:01 p.m. <br />on dune 4, 2020. <br />Convene into Executive Session: <br />(a) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment, <br />employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee: or <br />2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. <br />• Interviews of executive director candidates <br />Chairman Hernandez convened the Board into Executive Session at 4:02 p.m. <br />Reconvene into O en Session andossibl take action on items discussed in Executive Session. <br />Chairman Hernandez reconvened the Board into Open Session at 6:48 p.m. No action was taken. <br />Adjourn <br />Dr. Hashmi made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Pankaj seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -nays.
