Call meeting to order -Chairman <br />3. Commissioner Emmite made a motion to recuse Commissioner Caffey to present a design <br />concept for 110 Clarksville ST. Commissioner Hider seconded the motion. <br />Laura Caffey represented Walt Reep on the Certificate of Appropriateness for 110 Clarksville. <br />Mr. Reep owns the property 37 Clarksville, and was the former owner of Reeps Furniture located <br />in downtown Paris. Mr. Reep is developing a concept idea to revitalize 1' ST SE and is <br />considering purchasing all or a portion of the property known as Paris Community Theatre <br />Brown Center for the Creative Arts. Ms. Caffey explained the property under review has two <br />large doors covered with inappropriate brick infill. If Mr. Reep purchases the property, he is <br />interested in restoring the openings and making store fronts. A concept was presented to the <br />commissioners for questions. After all questions were answered, a motion was made by <br />Commissioner Vandiver to approve the concept drawing of removal of inappropriate infill with <br />the understanding that if the property was purchased by Mr. Reep, a formal Certificate of <br />Appropriateness would follow before any renovations were implemented. The Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Emmite. Motion carried. <br />A motion was made to return Ms. Caffey to the commission by Glee Emmite, and seconded <br />by Commissioner Hider. Motion carried. <br />4. The commission reviewed the list of structures with Code Enforcement violations located at <br />A. 2004 Cleveland <br />B. 359N12'h <br />C. 926 W Cherry <br />D. 387 NW 3rd <br />E. 743 NW 4h <br />F. 1758 NE 10th <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hider determining these structures cannot be <br />
