Item No. 12 <br />1Vfemorandum <br />TO: Mayor & City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Janice Ellis, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: HOME PROGRAM CONTRACT SIGNATORIES <br />DATE: June 22, 2020 <br />BACKGROUND: On April 6, 2019, the City of Paris entered into a contract with the Texas <br />Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the HOME Program. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The grant requires a Resolution designating who the new authorized <br />signatory is; and a revised HOME Program Contract System Access Request Form. These <br />documents update the signatories, to add Grayson Path as City Manager. <br />BUDGET: NA <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve of a Resolution Updating the Designated Authorized <br />Signatories for Contractual Documents, Environmental Certification, Data Entry, and Approval <br />pertaining to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs HOME Program RSP <br />2019-0013. <br />
