6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Morrell <br />Square Addition, LCAD Property ID 18290 and 18291, located in the 2800 Block of NE <br />Loop 286. <br />Easton states Don Morrell owns 1.44 acres located in the 2800 block of NE Loop 286. He <br />is proposing to build a new auto dealership. The property is currently zoned Commercial. <br />Water and sewer utilities are available along Loop 286, and the lot currently has access <br />provided from Loop 286. It appears that the plats conform to the requirements of the <br />subdivision regulations with the following revisions: <br />1. Add "Block A" to the title <br />2. Clarify the "BILLBOARD" ownership. If it is separately owned, an access <br />easement and possibly utility easement should be shown on the plat. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the <br />preliminary plat with noted revisions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />T Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Morrell Square <br />Addition, LOAD Property ID 18290 and 18291, located in the 2800 Block of NE Loop <br />286. <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the final <br />plat with noted revisions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1-4, Block of the Four C's <br />Addition CB 69, LCAD Property ID 402740 and 14628, located in the 600 Block of NE <br />10th Street. <br />Easton states James Chadwick owns 1.272 acres located at the southwest corner of <br />Tudor and NE 10th Street. He is proposing to subdivide the property into 4 separate lots <br />for the purpose of building duplexes. The property is currently zoned Two -Family <br />Dwelling District. Water and sewer utilities are available to the site and access to the <br />public street is provided from 10th ST NE. Street curb and gutter and sidewalks are <br />required along l Otn NE and Tudor Street and will be installed with development of each <br />lot. It appears that the preliminary and final plats comply with the City of Paris <br />subdivision regulations. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the <br />preliminary plat. Motion carried 5-0. <br />
