Strong odor <br />of marijuana and garbage. Received 2 calls from person who claims to be <br />rightful owner/caretaker. Said owner has given her Power of Attorney. Have <br />tried calling back, but cannot reach that person. Currently occupied. Working <br />with PD. Junk and rubbish in yard around house. Back of house beginning to <br />sink. Electricity to house, but no water bill. So no trash collection. Roof <br />beginning to sag. Missing and deteriorating wood around house. Back porch <br />covering beginning to sag.
