Glee Emmite called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. March 28, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the <br />meeting was conducted through www.zoom.us, an internet meeting platform. <br />2. Review and discuss a new logo for the Paris Main Street Project — Through an international design contest hosted <br />by 99Designs.com, a large number of possible logos were submitted from all around the world. A committee of <br />Will Walker, Glee Emmite and Kari Daniel narrowed the field to two designers. The board viewed and discussed <br />the logos from the selected designers. John Brazile made a motion to extend the logo contest for one additional day <br />for $60 with the logo committee to determine the winner of the contest and use the 14 additional days provided by <br />the contest to work with the winning designer to finalize the design. Second by Will Walker. Motion carried. <br />The logo committee and Cheri Bedford will meet via Zoom at 11:30 AM, Sunday, March 29, 2020. <br />3. Kari Daniel made a motion to adjourn, second by Will Walker, motion carried.
