<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />90-052 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Wayne Fletcher, Billy <br />Trenado and Judy Lutz as members of the Traffic Commission <br />of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1990; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. <br />Clifford, does hereby recommend the re-appointment of <br />Billy Trenado and Judy Lutz and the appointment of David E. <br />Gi Iber t, for a term of three (3) year s, beg inning July 1, <br />1990, and ending June 30, 1993; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re-appointment of Billy Trenado and Judy <br />Lutz and the appointment of David E. Gilbert, to serve as <br />members of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for <br />a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1990, and <br />end ing June 30, 1993, be, and the same are hereby approved <br />and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this <br /> <br />l1~""":O' ~ <br /> <br /> <br />Eric S.
