Item No. 11 <br />TO: Mayor & City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Carla Easton, PE, Engineering & Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: BULLARD ADDITION CB 294 - FINAL PLAT <br />DATE: July 27, 2020 <br />BACKGROUND: Brad and Kimberly Bullard own 1.92 acres located at 240 NE 301h Street. The <br />property is currently zoned SF -2, and the owner is proposing to build a single family home. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. City water and street <br />access are available to the property from 30th NE. The property is not located in s FEMA <br />designated floodplain, though there appears to be a natural swale crossing the property from <br />north to south. <br />It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />revision. <br />1. Note the natural channel crossing the property (to remain unobstructed). <br />The final plat was approved 6-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on July 61n <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat with noted revision. <br />
