The property is currently zoned SF -2, and the owner is proposing to build a single family home. STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. City water and street access are available to the property from 30th NE. The property is not located in s FEMA designated floodplain, though there appears to be a natural swale crossing the property from north to south. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following revision. 1. Note the natural channel crossing the property (to remain unobstructed). The final plat was approved 6-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on July 61n RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat with noted revision.
