CONSULTANT will make any and all reports required <br />per federal, state or local law including, but not limited to, proper reporting to the <br />Internal Revenue Service, as required in accordance with CONSULTANT's <br />income. Situs of this Contract is agreed to be Lamar County, Texas, for all <br />purposes, including performance and execution. <br />XX. <br />Severability <br />If any of the terms, provisions, covenants, conditions or any other part of <br />this Contract are for any reason held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the <br />remainder of the terms, provisions, covenants, conditions or any other part of this <br />Contract shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, <br />impaired or invalidated. <br />Professional Services Contract <br />McDoux Preservation LLC Page 10 of 18 <br />
