It was <br />S consensus of City Council that the deadline be set for noon on Thursday, July 9. It was also a <br />consensus of City Council that applications be received at their July 13 meefing, and they <br />schedule a special meeting prior to their July 27 City Council meeting to intmview applicants. <br />A Motion to approve the procedure set out by the City Clerk was made by Mayor <br />Clifford and seconded by Council Members Knox and Pilgrim.
