Section 1. The findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />Section 2. That the City Council authorizes the expenditure of up to $100,000.00 to <br />reimburse the Paris -Lamar County Health District for overtime and staff resources expended <br />on COVID-19 related duties, in particular, contact tracing, and for the purchase of 830 COVID- <br />19 test kits. <br />Section 3.
