Prepare the final Project Completion Report, including the General Report, Recipient Beneficiary Report, Final Financial Interest Report, and any required documentation regarding citizen participation/equal rights/fair housing and Certificate of Completion. 2. Assist City in resolving any monitoring and audit findings. 3. Assist City in resolving any third party claims. 4. Provide auditor with TxCDBG audit guidelines.
