F <br />RESOLUTION NO. ?020-024 <br />A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, UPDATING <br />THE DESIGNATED AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS, <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION, DATA ENTRY, AND APPROVAL PERTAINING <br />TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS HOME <br />PROGRAM. RSP 2019-0013. <br />WHEREAS,, the City of Paris, Texas entered into a contract with the Texas Department of <br />Housing and Community Affairs for the HOME program on Apriol 6, 2019, and; <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to update <br />environmental., data entry and approval <br />Community Affairs, and; <br />persons to execute, certify or authorize contractual, <br />forms from the Texas Department of Housing and <br />WHEREAS, an original signed copy of the HOME Program Contract System Access Request <br />Form is to be submitted with a copy of this Resolution, updating the signatories, ands <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Texas acknowledges that in the event that an authorized <br />signatory of the City changes (elections, illness, resignations, etc.), the City must provide TDHCA <br />with the following: <br />• a resolution stating who the new authorized signatory is; and <br />• a revised HOME Program Contract System Access Request Form <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That Grayson Path, City Manager be, and is hereby authorized to execute <br />contractual documents and certify environmental documents between the Texas Department of <br />Housing and Community Affairs and the City for the HOME Program RSP 2019-0013. <br />Section 2. That Gene Anderson, Finance Director and Carla Easton, City Engineer be, <br />and are hereby authorized for data entry and approval associated with the HOME Program RSP <br />2019-0013. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS ON JUNE, <br />22,2020a <br />r <br />., Mayor <br />
