Ms. Easton explained that the City was proposing to designate Loop 286 as th,i Hazardous Materials route through Paris to limit exposure citizens to hazardous materials. Sh.* said TxDOT and FHWA had a process for designating a highway as a Haz Mat route, and th4i first step in the process was to solicit input from the community and adjacent jurisdictions. Council Member Pilgrim inquired if this route included the entire loop, to which Ms. Easton answered in the affirmative. Street frorn Lamar to Clarksville; and Graham Street •P from N.W. to the railroad'.
