RESOLUTION NO. 90-086 WHEREAS, certain expense and capital outlay accounts have experienced unexpected expenditures in excess of budget appropriations in the 1989-90 fiscal year as follows: GENERAL FUND GENERAL GOVERNMENT City Council Accounting & Auditing Tax Office City Attorney City Manager Municipal Court PUBLIC SAFETY Fire Department EMS Police Department PUBLIC WORKS Public Works Garage Solid Waste Community Development Total $85,000 1,000 1,700 9,000 1,000 4,000 50,000 40,000 175,000 3,000 4,000 45,000 2,000 $420,700 AND, WHEREAS, the following accounts in the amount shown therein as follows: GENERAL FUND CONTINGENT APPROPRIATION Line Item Account No. 01-46-97-0801 (Land) $290,000 130,700 are unencumbered; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That to the extent of the above stated Contingent Appropriation Funds, being in the amount of $290,000.00, and the Line Item Account No. 01-46-97-0801 Land Funds, being in the amount $130,700.00, an emergency is hereby found to exist and declared; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Director of Finance, W. E. Anderson, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the following accounts the amounts shown therein: GENERAL FUND CONTINGENT APPROPRIATION Line Item Account No. 01-46-97-0801 (Land) $290,000.00 130,700.00 to be credited respectively to the following accounts:
