I , ' RESOLUTION NO. 90-109 WHEREAS, it has been brought to the at tent ion of the City of Paris that the Paris Independent School District has requested the participation of the City of Paris in a community-based vocational training site for students; and, WHEREAS, the Paris Public Library morning per week to shelve books vocational training; and, can have students one and periodicals for WHEREAS, in order to participate in the vocational training site program it is necessary for the City of Paris and the Paris Independent School District to enter into an Agreement for said program; and, WHEREAS, the form of agreement for the communi ty-based vocational training site attached hereto as Exhibit A, should be approved, and the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, should be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the form of the Community-Based Vocational Training Site Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Community-Based Vocational Training Site Agreement in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto.
