The COOPERATING BUSINESS is responsible for: <br /> <br />a.1 Providing on-site space and materials for vocational training. <br /> <br />b.1 Notifying the on-site staff in event of any problems or <br />dissatisfactions. <br /> <br />5. Upon completion of the agreement, the COOPERATING BUSINESS is in <br />no way Qbligated to provide employment for the student. <br /> <br />6. a.1 The PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT agrees that they will hold <br />the COOPERATING BUSINESS ha=less from any claim of liabili ty <br />arising out of the program resulting from the negligence of the <br />PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, its agents, servants, or <br />employees, or students. <br /> <br />b.1 The COOPERATING BUSINESS agrees to hold the PARIS INDEPENDENT <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT ha=less from any claim or liability arising out <br />of negligence of the COOPERATING BUSINESS, its agents, servants, <br />or employees in regard to students while receiving vocational <br />training on site. <br /> <br />7 Tho .
