That absentee voting for the election <br />described in Section 1 above shall be conducted under the <br />direction of the City Clerk by herself and her deputies as <br />ordered in separate order herefrom, beginning on the 31st day <br />of December, 1990, through the 15th day of January, 1991, <br />Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 o'clock A.M. <br />and 5:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Section 5.
