MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />ZOOM MEETING <br />THURSDAY, May 21, 2020, 5:30 p.m. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Members present were Anna Spencer, <br />David. Taylor, Scott. Avery and Jim Bell. Brad Meyers, Ray Ball and. Scott Hearne were <br />absent. Also, present were Carla Easton, Lance Nicholson, and Jerry Richey and. Council <br />woman Paula Portugal <br />2. Citizens' input. <br />Roy Allison spoke concerning tax abatements for businesses looking to move to the <br />airport. Carla and Roy are to visit concerning this. <br />3. Approval of minutes from April 16, 2020 regular meeting. <br />David Taylor moved for approval of minutes, Jim Bell seconded. Motion passed 4-0. <br />4. Receive FBO report. <br />Jerry Richey said the airport traffic has .really been slow due to the covid-19 restrictions. <br />Jerry did report the airport was actually busy today. He stated the entrance road to the <br />taxiways had been pulverized, stabilized and relayed. That it looked good. <br />5. Carla discussed and explained the proposed operations budget and the CARES ACT <br />funding for Cox Field. <br />6. David. Taylor made the motion to adjourn the meeting and Jim. Bell seconded. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:51 p.m. <br />
