as long as such material is generated only from that property on which it is to <br />be burned. <br />"2. Standard Burn Permits shall be issued by the Fire Code Official <br />for disposal and recreational fires. Only brush, limbs, trees and clean, untreated <br />lumber may be burned." <br />Section 105.7, Required construction permits, shall be amended by deleting <br />sections 105.7.2, 105.7.3, 105.7.4, 105.7.5, 105.7.10, 105.7.11, and 105.7.18, and by <br />adding Sec. 105.7.19 as follows: <br />"105.7.19 Electronic access control systems. Construction permits <br />are required for the installation or modification of an electronic access control <br />system, as specified in Chapter 10. A separate construction permit is required <br />for the installation or modification of a fire alarm system that may be <br />connected to the access control system. Maintenance performed in accordance <br />with this code is not considered a modification and does not require a permit." <br />Section 109.3.3, Prosecution of violations, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />"109.3.3 Prosecution of violations. If the notice of violation is not <br />complied with promptly, the fire code official, his designee, any City of Paris <br />Code Inspector or City of Paris Police Officer is authorized to request the legal <br />counsel of the jurisdiction to institute the appropriate legal proceedings at law <br />and at equity to restrain, correct or abate such violation or to require removal <br />or termination of the unlawful occupancy of a structure in violation of the <br />provisions of this code or of the order or direction made pursuant hereto <br />including but not limited to criminal prosecution as set forth in Section 109.4 <br />herein." <br />Section 109.4, Violation penalties, is amended to read as follows: <br />"109.4 Violation penalties. Any person, firm, partnership, <br />association corporation or other le Tal entityyassociation who shall violate a <br />provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements <br />thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair or do work in violation of the <br />approved construction documents or directive of the Fire Code Official, or of a <br />permit or certificate used under provisions of this code, shall be deemed guilty <br />of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, shall be subject <br />to a fine not to exceed TWO THOUSAND AND N01100S ($2,000.00) DOLLARS for <br />each offense, and each and every day such violation continues shall be deemed <br />to constitute a separate and distinct violation.
