Emergency and standby <br />power shall be provided in underground buildings as required in <br />Section 405 of the International Building Code and shall be in <br />accordance with Section 604. <br />"604.2.17 Covered and Open Mall Buildings. Emergency <br />power shall be provided in accordance with Section 907.2.20 and <br />914.2.3. <br />"604.2.18 Airport Traffic Control Towers.
