are not permitted in residential areas." <br />Section 6104.3, Container location, shall be amended to add Section 6104.3.3, <br />Spas, pool heaters, and other listed devices, to read as follows: <br />"6104.3.2 Spas, Pool Heaters, and Other Listed Devices. Where <br />natural gas service is not available, an LP -gas container is allowed to be used <br />to supply spa and pool heaters or other listed devices. Such container shall not <br />exceed 250 -gallon water capacity per lot. See Table 6104.3 for location of <br />containers. <br />"Exception: Lots where LP -gas can be off-loaded wholly on the <br />property where the tank is located may install up to 500 gallon above <br />ground or 1,000 gallon underground approved containers." <br />Section 6107.4, Protecting containers from vehicles, shall be amended to read <br />as follows: <br />"6107.4 Protecting Containers from Vehicles. Where exposed to <br />vehicular damage due to proximity to alleys, driveways or parking areas, LP - <br />gas containers, regulators and piping shall be protected in accordance with <br />Section 312." <br />Section 6109.13, Protection of containers, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />"6109.13 Protection of Containers. LP -gas containers shall be stored <br />within a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. Vehicle <br />impact protection shall be provided as required by Section 6107.4." <br />Footnote a. to Table B105.2 in Appendix B shall be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"a. The reduced fire -flow shall be not less than 1,500 gallons per minute." <br />Section 7. That all provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the <br />ordinances of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 8. That the repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the <br />enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending <br />under or by virtue of such ordinance or as discontinuing, abating, modifying, or altering any <br />penalty accruing or to accrue, or as affecting any rights of the municipality under any section <br />
